Deep drilling
Formations en prévention des éruptions (well control), contrôle des pressions et interventions sur puits, programmes d’amélioration des compétences techniques…. conçues pour tout le personnel concerné par les opérations de forage profond (pétrole & géothermie).
Near-surface drilling
Courses designed for people wishing to enter the surface geothermal drilling sector: jobseekers, geotechnical drillers or assistant drillers, water drillers, construction workers, etc.
Security
Prevention training: working at heights, fire, health and safety at work, etc. for all company staff (maintenance personnel, people in charge of works, etc.) wishing to acquire fundamental knowledge of HSE.

our activities
Training & certification
We offer both face-to-face and distance learning courses. We have 7 training rooms equipped for theoretical training, simulators and an IDECO H35 drilling rig with a 928 m deep well.
Coaching
To meet our customers' needs, we offer coaching programmes for new entrants by our experienced instructors, all of whom are oil industry professionals who have worked on platforms for years.
Field of experimentation
We make our training well (H35) and our laboratory dedicated to the study of drilling fluids available to companies wishing to carry out tests. At Lescar, we are developing a centre of expertise in deep and surface drilling and geothermal energy.
Initiations & visites
We offer guided tours of our facilities and hands-on simulator training to company staff and individuals keen to learn more about the local drilling adventure and the jobs we do today.
