Provision of office space
The training centre covers an area of over 29,000 m2, only part of which is occupied by EFF Training's administrative offices or classrooms. Room hire is therefore a service offered. Work spaces are also available to companies in the drilling or safety sectors: offices, warehouse, sheds, hangars, laboratories, car parks, grassed areas, etc.
Training rooms (for 12 to 25 people) or meeting rooms (for 12 people) can be hired for specific needs.
Companies such as Afis Formation, MASE and Seaowl rent part of the premises on a year-round basis: administrative offices and outdoor workspaces.
THE ISSUE
In 2021, the MASE Board of Directors is considering the location of its new premises. The company is looking for offices to rent to accommodate Amandine Chelet, administrator for the South-West region.
The common MASE-UIC system is a company initiative, the aim of which is to offer, without distinction of activity or industrial sector, the simplest and most effective possible approach to progress in the sectors of Safety, Health at Work and the Environment and the management of risks linked to co-activity between user companies and the companies involved. To this end, Amandine holds regular meetings with its members.
The representative of MASE's South-West branch therefore also had a recurring need for room hire.
THE EFF TRAINING SOLUTION: HIRE OF ROOMS AND OFFICES
MASE had rented rooms at EFF Training for an event in 2020. So, when the plan to move became a reality, Amandine approached Raphaël Alonso, the director, who showed her around the workspaces he was offering for hire.
She appreciated:
- easily accessible offices
- a large parking area
- easy access to mail printing services and Internet connection,
- the possibility of hiring additional rooms on an ad hoc basis depending on requirements.
The 2 partners have reached an agreement.
At its premises in Lescar, EFF Training rents the MASE company a permanent office where Amandine feels comfortable and which she has chosen herself, as well as occasional meeting rooms or training rooms available at short notice or according to a predefined schedule.
EFF training appreciates being able to share its premises with companies operating in a similar sector of activity: training, of course, but also safety, health at work, the environment, deep or surface drilling, renewable energies, etc.
